Step 1: analyzing the sample & requirement of clients => estimation/quotation
Step 2: completing clients’ purchase orders/contracts => counter samples making (if required)
Step 3: weaving raw/grey towels => (1st layer of QA)
Step 4: bleaching/dyeing raw/grey towels => (2nd layer of QA)
Step 5: cutting and sewing fine towels => (3rd layer of QA)
Step 6: printing and embroidering (if any)
Step 7: final quality assurance => (final layer of QA)
Step 8: needle inspection, packaging and storage
